This project undertake semi-structured interviews and basic observation methods to draw out insights into users’ values and behaviours, you will visualise the current state of users’ experiences, and you will use the Lean Canvas to identify and communicate concepts.
There are three distinct customer mindsets with corresponding current-state journey map(s), capturing user emotions, touchpoints, pain points, gaps in service and opportunity areas.
Research has been undertaken in order to find out the main challenges international student face over the period of their studies in Australia.

The three main issue which seem to affect International students include the culture (in particular the language), the language barrier, and the medical service.
